Q: Black screen after long operation

A: Check whether the LED screen of the office conference touch all-in-one machine is in working state 

and whether the internal temperature is too high.

Q: Remote control inoperable

A: Check whether the remote control of the home office conference touch all-in-one machine is put into 

the battery, whether the remote control is facing the remote control sensor, and whether the connection 

between the remote control sensor and the drive board is loose. If there is no problem above, it will be the

 remote control sensor or the drive board is damaged.

Q: LED display black screen without display

A: Please check whether the office meeting touch All-in-one equipment is powered on and whether 

the internal power indicator is on.
