Solution: Step 1. Backup your Micro SD Card files onto computer desktop.
Step 2: Format your Micro SD Card .
Step 3: Reupload the video or JPG to the Micro SD card by using the software.
4 Can't find the save path
You can't find the save path directly into the software from the sd card. The right way is cut the files in the sd card to the desktop, then enter the software from the computer.

Note: 

1 Considering the hologram as a ceiling fan, and avoid to touch it cause unnecessary harm.
2 Hold the bottom or handle of the hologram when you test the battery. Do not place your hands near the area where the blades rotate.
3 Do not touch the blade while machine is running.
4 When hologram is turned off, please let the blade stop rotating by itself, DON'T touch the blade to assist stopping.
