Wall mount installation

Step 1: Before mounting the wall mount, place the device horizontally on a flat table (screen down). There must be a space between the device and the table with soft objects (such as rubber pads, cotton cloth, and foam) to avoid surface damage.

Step 2: Before installing the wall mount, carefully check the specifications and quantity of the fasteners in the wall mount components and accessories to ensure that they are correct.

Step 3: Fasten the hanging arm b of the two wall mounting supports using four screws C. To ensure the stability and safety of the device, do not hang the device upside down. If the wall mounting bar has been installed on the system, skip this step.

Step 4: Select a solid wall or concrete wall that can meet the suspension requirements. It is recommended to drill holes with a 12mm impact drill bit according to the position in the above figure and the distance in the following table. The hole depth must be greater than the sum of the length of the expanded rubber plug and the thickness of the wall surface coating. Use a hammer to completely nail the expansion rubber plug d into the non-coated wall. If the rubber plug is not fastened after the nail is inserted, it is necessary to replace the appropriate impact drill bit and re-select the location to drill holes.

Step 5: Fix the wall mounting plate a to the 8PCS expansion rubber plug with the combination of 8PCS screw f and washer e.

Step 6: Fix the device horizontally and vertically on the wall mounting plate through the hanging arm.

Installation Precautions

1. Choose the maximum touch height A according to the average height of the user. It is recommended that the height should not exceed 1.9M for easy operation.

2. Install the wall hanging plate to the fixed place such as the vertical wall. Measure the height B between the top of the wall hanging plate and the ground for the convenience of installation.

3. By adjusting the distance C between the top of the equipment and the groove of the hanging arm and the height B between the wall hanging plate and the ground, we can meet our touch needs.

4. After the wall hanging plate is fixed, priority should be given to adjusting the height of the hanging arm and selecting the appropriate hole position to meet the needs of our operating equipment.
