What is a touch electronic board and how is it different from an ordinary conference board? What is the working principle of the electronic board and what are the basic functions of the interactive electronic board?

1. What is an electronic board?

Electronic board is a new type of computer input device, users can scan and copy the content written on the board through simple operations. Electronic board is a high-tech product integrating cutting-edge electronic technology, software technology and other high-tech means. By applying the principle of electromagnetic induction, combined with a computer and a projector, paperless office and teaching can be realized.

2. How the interactive board works

The working principle of the infrared touch screen is to cover the infrared receiving tube and the infrared transmitting tube around the touch screen. These infrared tubes are arranged in a corresponding positional relationship on the surface of the touch screen to form an optical network composed of infrared rays. When an object (can be a finger, a gloved hand, or any touching object) enters the infrared light net, blocking the infrared emission and reception somewhere, the lateral and vertical reception of infrared at this point.

A touch board using the principle of pressure is equivalent to a computer touch screen. It is a human-computer interactive input device that uses a finger or pen touch and options displayed on the screen to complete a specified job. This electronic board  has two layers of pressure-sensitive film inside. When pressure is applied to a point on the surface of the board, the two layers of film will short-circuit at that point. The electronic board controller detects the coordinate value of the pressure point (finger or pen touch position) and sends it to the computer through the USB or RS232 interface.

The laser transmitters on both sides of the upper part of the board adopt the principle of laser tracking. After the board is started, the laser transmitter emits laser light to scan the surface of the board , and the special pen has the function of inducting the laser to feedback the position of the pen.

3. Basic functions of the electronic board:

The basic electronic board system should have the following functions:

②With mouse function, it can directly control the computer and feedback function on the touch screen.

③Recovery and update function of interactive electronic board content.

④Special functions: spotlight, pull screen, magnifying glass, video recording. Support office functions.

At present, there are many kinds of electronic boards on the market, also known as digital boards, which are emerging electronic demonstration products in the past ten years. Generally, it can be divided into copy electronic board, interactive electronic board and digital touch screen. The interactive electronic board is integrated by a hardware electronic induction whiteboard (WhiteBoard) and a software whiteboard operating system (ACTIVstudio).
