Installation method of interactive board wall hanging

Abstract: interactive board will face installation problems after purchase. Generally speaking, there are two main installation methods for interactive board: wall mounting and mobile bracket installation. The specific installation method should be selected according to their own needs. When installing the conference board, we must first determine whether there is sufficient power support and whether various electrical equipment can work together, and then we can carry out the specific installation steps. Let's take a look at the specific installation steps of the conference board

1、 Wall mounted installation

Step 1: before wall mounting, please place the equipment horizontally on a flat table (with the screen down), and there must be a space between the equipment and the table (such as rubber pad, cotton cloth, foam, etc.) to avoid bumping on the surface of the equipment.

Step 2: please carefully check the specifications and quantity of fasteners in the wall mounting components and accessory packages before wall mounting to ensure that they are correct.

Step 3: fasten and connect the hanging arms B of the two wall mounting brackets with 4pcs screws C in the way shown in the figure below. In order to ensure the stability and safety of the equipment, it is strictly forbidden to hang the equipment upside down. If the wall hanging strip has been installed on the whole machine, ignore this step.

Step 4: select a solid wall or concrete wall that can meet the requirements of equipment suspension. It is recommended to use a 12mm impact drill to drill holes according to the location in the above figure and the distance in the following table. The hole depth should be greater than the sum of the length of the expansion plug and the thickness of the wall surface coating. Use a nail hammer to completely nail the expansion rubber plug d into the uncoated wall. If the rubber plug is not fastened after nailing, it is necessary to replace the appropriate impact drill and re select the position for drilling.

Step 5: fix the wall hanging plate a on the 8pcs expansion rubber plug with the assembly of 8pcs screws F and washers E. Step 6: fix the equipment horizontally and vertically on the wall hanging plate through the hanging arm.

Installation precautions

1. The maximum allowable touch height a is selected according to the average height of the user. It is suggested that this height should not exceed 1.9m for convenience of operation. 2. Install the wall hanging plate to the vertical wall and other fixed places, and measure the height B from the top of the wall hanging plate to the ground to facilitate installation.

3. We can meet our touch needs by adjusting the distance C between the top of the equipment and the hanging arm groove and the height B between the wall hanging plate and the ground. 4. After the wall hanging plate is fixed, in principle, the height of the hanging arm shall be adjusted first, and the appropriate hole position shall be selected to meet the needs of our equipment operation.
