Intelligent conference tablet fault solution

1. Abnormal Boot

(1) Automatic shutdown
Check whether the timer or the hibernation function is turned on.

Check the channel where the input source is located, no signal will cause automatic shutdown.
Check that the power supply is stable.

(2) The indicator light does not light up

Check whether the power supply is normal;Check whether the rocker switch of the conference panel is turned on.

(3) The indicator light is red and cannot be turned on

 Please unplug all external link cables and restart after 15 minutes of power failure.

2. Computer function is abnormal

(1) The image lacks color and the color is abnormal
If using an external computer, check whether the VGA cable is not properly connected or else has quality issues.

(2) The display screen is not full or out of range
Check provided that the resolution is the best 16:9 resolution.If using an external computer, adjust the AUTO switch to the lower right corner when plugging or unplugging the VGA cable.

3. Sound function is abnormal

Please try adjusting the volume.

If the conference panel uses an external computer, check whether the audio cable is connected correctly.

4.Touch function is abnormal

(1) Touch position is inaccurate

 Check that the stylus or finger touches the screen at a 90-degree vertical angle.Check for other objects touching the screen, such as minor notes, sleeves, etc.

(2) The touch function is invalid

 If the conference panel uses an external computer, check whether the external touch cable is properly connected.
