Solutions to common faults of interactive board

1. Abnormal startup

Automatic shutdown

Check whether the timed shutdown or sleep function is enabled. Check the channel where the input source is located. No signal will cause automatic shutdown. Check whether the power supply is stable.

The indicator light is not on

Check whether the power supply is normal. Check whether the boat type switch of the conference panel is on

The indicator light is red and cannot be turned on

Please unplug all external link wires and restart after 15 minutes of power failure.

2. Abnormal computer function

The image is out of color, and the color is abnormal

If using an external computer, check whether the ∨ GA wire is not connected properly or has quality problems.

The display screen is not full or out of range

Check whether the resolution is the best 16:9 resolution. If you use an external computer, adjust the auto switch in the lower right corner when plugging in and out the VGA cable.

3. The sound function is abnormal. Please try to adjust the volume. If the interactive board uses an external computer, check whether the audio cable is connected correctly

4 Abnormal touch function

Inaccurate touch positioning

Check whether the touch pen or fingers are 90 degrees vertical to the screen, and check whether there are other objects touching the screen, such as small paper strips, sleeves, etc

Invalid touch function

If the interactive board uses an external computer, check whether the external touch line is correctly connected.
